Mission Statement
The Vielflieger Verlag is the intellectual and emotional child of Felix Busse.
Spanning countries, cultures and race, the small but mighty range of books offers a comprehensive mix of unique culinary adventures, art history discoveries, interesting encounters and reflections on landscapes, all going beyond the traditional, tourist-oriented travelogs. The books feature undiscovered artists, unusual recipes and unexpected peeks into people’s daily lives, all waiting to be discovered.
They are always unique, real-life and with a view of the less obvious things, the small episodes on the sidelines which often can tell more than every color coffee-table book and every photo series.
Vielflieger books are a discovery for those of us who cannot act out their wanderlust as a frequent flyer but who have not lost their pristine curiosity and enthusiasm for faraway places
and exotic cultures.
